David hails from Venezuela but has been living in South Florida for more than twenty years. After graduating from Simon Rodriguez University with a Bachelor in Business Science degree, he worked for several successful entities in Venezuela, including Petroleos de Venezuela (PDVSA).

In real estate, David has worked with sellers and buyers, developing and building long-term relationships by offering them tailored services based on their needs. His knowledge in analyzing market trends, conditions, and activities lets him successfully advise clients and develop accurate pricing proposals.

David is a lover and admirer of historic homes, as well as being highly passionate about interior design, architecture, cooking, and engaging with friends and family.
