History of the Company
The roots of Vintage Florida Properties go back to 2006 when Herbert Brito obtained his Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license. In 2015, David Gil obtained the same license while working with Herbert on notable residential renovations of historic houses. They both felt a need to assist their clients in the purchase and sale of historic properties.
Vintage Florida Properties first started as a team under an established Brokerage company. Given the dedication and professionalism conveyed by Herbert and David, the reputation of Vintage Florida Properties quickly grew. In 2021, David obtained his Florida Broker license, and with the start of 2022, Vintage Florida Properties became an independent entity under the direction of David as Managing Broker. Their initial and ever-growing presence has been remarkable and has established the company as a leader in the South Florida real estate market.
